MSM soft washed my roof and seal coated my driveway in Miller Place. Mike was prompt, courteous, and very reasonable. Overall, excellent service.

I called MSN surface pro to come and take a look at my roof which was covered in thick green moss it looked horrible!!! Mike Suggested a soft wash and a treatment be put on the roof!!! WELL My ROOF Looks AMAZING And I couldn’t be happier!!! If ANYONE IS IN NEED OF ANY TYPE OF POWER WASHING, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

Called MSM Surface Pro back out for two more projects, a full roof cleaning and a fresh seal coat on the driveway, and once again they delivered. The roof had years of black streaks, algae, and staining that made the whole house look older and tired. They handled it with a soft wash approach that lifted all of it without damaging the shingles. The roof looks clean, even, and bright again, and it honestly takes years off the appearance of the house. You don't realize how much a dirty roof drags down the look of a property until you see it done right. The driveway seal coat was just as impressive. They prepped the surface properly, addressed the joints, and laid down a clean, even coat that brought the color back to life and gave everything a finished, uniform look. The pavers look rich and sharp, the surface is protected heading into the seasons ahead, and the curb appeal jumped instantly. Same experience as the first job. On time, clean work, sharp attention to detail, and clear communication throughout. MSM Surface Pro has become my go to for anything exterior. If your roof is streaked or your driveway is looking tired, give them a call. Highly recommend.

Just had MSM Surface Pro out to the house and the work was excellent across the board. They power washed the house, fence, and deck, and handled all the paver work in the driveway and around the pool, including resealing and resanding every joint. The paver transformation was the part that really blew me away. Before they started, the joints were full of weeds and washed-out sand, the surface was dull and stained, and you could see years of dirt, mildew, and wear ground into the stone. After the deep clean, every paver came back to its true color. The reds, tans, and grays looked rich again, almost like the day they were installed. They refilled all the joints with fresh polymeric sand, locked everything in tight, and finished with a seal coat that gave the whole surface a clean, even finish and brought out a depth of color I honestly forgot the pavers had. No more loose stones, no more weeds pushing through, no more faded patches. It looks like a brand new installation. The siding came back to its original color, the fence and deck look fresh again, and around the pool everything ties together cleanly now. They showed up on time, worked clean, paid attention to the details, and communication was clear from start to finish. If you have pavers, siding, a deck, or a fence that needs attention, MSM Surface Pro is a solid call. The difference is amazing. Highly recommend.
